In Pursuit: Growth and Development Programme creates a structured space for learning, discussion, reflection, and practical development.
Over six weeks, participants will be encouraged to think more critically about who they are becoming, how they communicate, how they approach opportunities, and how they navigate the environments they enter.

Professional Spaces, Confidence and Voice
Develop greater awareness of how to navigate professional environments, communication, workplace culture, emotional intelligence, feedback, and digital professionalism.
Participants will also focus on building confidence in your voice, ideas, and contribution.

Ethics, AI and Creative Problem Solving
Explore integrity, credibility, ethical decision-making, and the responsible use of AI in academic and professional contexts.
