Qualified is not the same as being prepared

Many students work hard to achieve academically, but academic success alone does not always prepare you for the realities of life, work, decision-making, opportunity, and personal growth.

In Pursuit: Growth and Development Programme creates a structured space for learning, discussion, reflection, and practical development.

​

Over six weeks, participants will be encouraged to think more critically about who they are becoming, how they communicate, how they approach opportunities, and how they navigate the environments they enter.

Who is this programme for?

Eligibility

  • Aged 18 or above

  • University student, recent graduate, or early-career professional

  • Able to commit to the full six-week programme

  • Reliable internet access for weekly live sessions

Participants are expected to:

• Come prepared to think critically and contribute meaningfully
• Maintain a respectful and professional attitude
• Complete any short reflection or development tasks
• Support a positive cohort learning environment

Together, the team supports participants as they reflect, develop, and prepare for life beyond the classroom.
